Join me to learn to cook a variety of Apulian dishes in cooking classes with a warm and friendly atmosphere. We will prepare beautiful, delicious dishes that are truly Italian. My cooking school is based in Monopoli – Puglia, Italy.

We will learn how to work with all things Italian from homemade pasta to traditional Italian sweets, and we will share the secrets on make the best sauces using the most fresh ingredients. You can also taste and enjoy wonderful cheeses and the handcrafted wine from the surrounding vineyards. And, if you come during the right time of year, you may also have the opportunity to watch the creation of the local wines and olive oils.
